How can I activate IBO Player or IBO Pro Application
To activate your application, you usually need to select the app you want to use it and you can provide your payment information.

How long does it take for an order to be processed?
Normally we process orders manually (for security reasons). So please be patient after payment. We will activate your application within 5 minutes to 1 hour.
Can I get a refund after purchasing an app activation license?
- According to “refund policy” purchased applications are not refundable, because it causes cost to provide.
- Activation cannot be changed or transferred to another device.
- If you have purchased an application and we haven’t activate it yet, you can ask to cancel the order and we send you a full refund.
- You can activate your application 1 time for each TV/device. To avoid activation delays, there is no need to wait until the trial version expires.
- No Channels are provided with activation, you have to add your own. No information will be provided, where you can get a working playlist for your needs. Please don’t ask about channels even if you activate your device.
